Hotel cancellations follow the cancellation terms of the specific property and rate, shown at the time of booking.

24-hour cancellation

For eligible flights booked to/from the U.S., you may cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, provided the booking was made at least 7 days before departure.

Service fees

Gatevia service fees, if any, may be non-refundable once a booking has been ticketed.
